Food News: Fast-casual sushi coming to Clintonville

Jeni’s Ice Creams announced it has found the source of the listeria infection that forced a recall of its products and the closing of its scoop shops. It seems the spout on a gelato machine used for filling pints was the culprit. Jeni’s announced it’s spending more than $200,000 to update the production facility and implement new cleaning practices. Production will resume soon.
