Crave to host Cellar Rats dinner

Crave in Akron will host a five-course beer pairing dinner with Cellar Rats Brewery at 6 p.m. April 27.

The event will feature Field Rat Wheat paired wth fried gouda as an appetizer, and then Pride of Cleveland Pilsner with strawberry salad, Dopplebock with cured chorizo, Piper's IPA with jerked chicken arepas, Abbey Ale with braised pork loin, and Black Rat Imperial Stout with milk chocolate pave.
