Sterle's Country House to host Platform dinner

Sterle's Country House in Cleveland will host a five-course beer pairing dinner with Platform Beer Co. from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. March 26.

The dinner will feature Tache Noir paired with bison tartare, Palesner with baby kale salad, Widowmaker with black bass, Oatmeal Coffee Stout with braised beef short rib, and Hubris with carrot cake.
