Food news: Jeni wins Good Food Award, That Food Truck begins regular hours

Jeni Britton Bauer of Jeni’s Ice Creams was awarded a Good Food Award in San Francisco last week. She won for her Salty Caramel Sauce in the Confections category. She was the only Columbus winner; other Ohio honorees included Maverick Chocolate Co. and Black Radish Creamery. Jeni’s has also announced the late winter opening of their first scoop shop in Los Angeles, in the Los Feliz neighborhood.
